Colonoscopy
Colonoscopy is performed in cases of difficulty defecating, pain and haemorrhage. The method allows detailed examination of the surface of the mucous membrane of the large intestine.
Through visual contact, it is the only method that allows for the detection of pre-Conflict pathology and treatment, often without surgery.
Readings for colonoscopy:
- gastrointestinal bleeding, neoplasms
- stomachache
- suspicion and (or) the need to control inflammatory intestinal diseases (non-specific ulcer colitis, crown disease)
- constipation, diarrhea
- Unmotivated reduction in animal weight
- Anaemia and changes in blood tests
- suspected intestinal neoplasm
- Extraction of blood and (or) mucus from defecation
- intestinal obstruction (differences in training)
- intestinal cancer
Important: You can take your medications - colonoscopy is not a contraindication to their use.
